Pick up in person?
If you would like to stop by our office and pick up your product in person, you are welcome to! Our office is located at Grønland in Oslo: Greenhouse Oslo, Schweigaards Gate 34C, 0191 Oslo. Send an email to hello@norwegiantrash.no to arrange your pick up.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. For Resurface table orders, longer processing times will apply as they are made per order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Where is my product?
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@norwegiantrash.no with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
We provide international shipping on smaller items. For big items like furniture and lamps, please email us at hello@norwegiantrash.no to get a insured shipping quote.
Damage during shipping?
We pack all orders with care and double-check them before they leave our warehouse. Recycled plastic is also very sturdy. However, if your product incurred any damage in the shipping process, we are happy to exchange it or offer you a full refund within 72 hours of arrival. Please let us know what happened with pictures, at hello@norwegiantrash.no.
